Beware the Ides of March
We had some Shakespeare fun on March 15th learning about the Ides of March and how it was immortalized for many by the playwright. Ray loved listening to a summary for children of Julius Caesar while Willa had some words. She was not a fan, but we did enjoy some cuddles! We’ll read As You Like It tomorrow and end the week on a comedy for her. Despite her low opinion of tragedies, and I’m right there with her, we had some good conversations about the consequences of pride and power hungriness. No thanks to that, they say!
