The healing power of board games
Just because we’re on this side of the ocean again does not mean the Sorry games end!! We play almost daily and even occasionally have a “ghost” player. During this particular game, Willa played the green for Popling with the promise that we would let him know the outcome. He did not win, but it certainly wasn’t because she was making unfair choices for him!
It’s truly a challenge to help the older girls navigate their more complex feelings of loss as they begin to age and recognize their lives being lived everywhere and nowhere. Little things like this can help keep them grounded and connected to family and friends despite their own comings and goings.

Thanks for all you do for your girls. We continue to pray for all of you and all you are doing for family, co-workers, and nationals. God bless you.
