The Paris girls are definitely getting used to Brian traveling again. At the beginning of the year when he first started taking work trips, we had to adjust. It had been two years of togetherness with COVID, and we were severely out of practice. Now staring down the end of the year… well, we’ve done a pretty good job of sorting ourselves. While Brian finished up regional meetings in Fiji last week with other Bible translation organizations, we had a special sleepover in the living room with a few Christmas decorations, some peppermint and vanilla in the diffuser, chocolate soup in our Christmas mugs, and the girls first Hallmark Christmas movie. It was a delight!! Little did we know it was actually going to feel like an old-fashioned Christmas morning full of surprises when Brian returned bearing donuts from the Krispy Kreme in Sydney’s International Terminal. It took about a week to recover from all the sugar, but it was worth it.
We certainly appreciate how you guys have prayed over his trips this past year, both for his safety and the work being done during the trips, but also for us at home. We had some creepy crawlies while he was gone this time, but they all stayed up in the ceiling where they were heard, but not seen. That, I can handle!!

Hannah, girls and Brian, We thank God for all of you and pray that soon you will have definite plans to resettle in A. You are a special family and have done so much to further the kingdom where you find yourselves – in your family too. Love and know your were prayed for again today.
Esther
